After spending nearly two decades in banking and client advisory, I worked closely with individuals and families making some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. During that time, I saw firsthand how many people entered the property market without the right guidance, often relying on advice that didn’t always align with their best interests.

Too often, buyers were left navigating complex decisions alone — whether it was purchasing their first home, upgrading for their family, or investing for long-term wealth creation.

That’s what inspired me to become a Buyer’s Agent.

I created Ava Bajra Buyers Advocate to provide buyers with genuine support, strategic guidance, and someone who truly sits on their side of the table throughout the property journey.

My background in banking has given me a strong understanding of finance, risk, and long-term wealth planning — which allows me to look beyond just buying a property and focus on helping clients make smarter decisions that align with their future goals.

Today, I help first-home buyers, owner occupiers and investors secure the right property through thorough research, due diligence, strategic negotiation and access to opportunities they may not find on their own.
